Shipping policy.
Paintings will be packaged with safe packaging and shipped nationally with a local courier. Cost of shipping will be provided at time of sale due to the unique size and weight of each item and order.
All effort will be taken to ensure that the art pieces will be packaged with more than required protective materials to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. It is very important to us that the art works arrive safely; to be enjoyed for generations to come.
All shipping costs will include insurance to ensure that in the unlikely event a piece of art is damaged during shipping that you will be covered for the costs. All liability passes to the purchaser once the package leaves the gallery. If you do not want to include insurance in the shipping costs, shipping can be arranged at the purchaser’s own risk and effort.
If the delivery address is within 10km of Wahroonga I will personally deliver the art work, at no cost, and will be happy to assist you in hanging the pieces in an appropriate space. This will be restricted to after hours or over weekends.
Free Shipping is available by pick-up after normal business hours and over weekends.
Personal delivery, including hanging of your piece/s are as follows:
Greater than 10km but within 20km – $30
Within 50km – $50 for one piece; $70 for more than 1 piece (i.e. 2 or more pieces delivered and hanged at $70 total delivery fee)
Max up to 100km – $100 (unlimited items)
Note that when personal delivery is selected we are able to bring additional works along for private viewing.
